Sunday Walkabout at Ukarumpa

The first house we lived in when we first arrived in PNG in 1988. They have added a porch and built on the far side.

There is now a leash law for missionary dogs. (Funny term.) But not for the national's dogs. Here's one I ran into on my walk.

Nipa House - where Jesse was conceived. (Sorry Jess.)

Ruth house where we spent our first Christmas.

  1. Why are you apologizing to Jesse? Isn't he accustomed to you by now?

I've enjoyed following your postings and the small world realities that emerge. Please greet Sara and Karith for me.

By the way, I tried not to be to put off by the past couple days' temperatures in the mid-80s. I only had to think of your 90/90 (degrees and humidity) and I began feeling much more comfortable!
